We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a £15 fee to cover the reserved time slot.
Extra fees may apply for severe matting, aggressive behavior requiring additional staff, or emergency appointments outside regular hours.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is due at the end of each session.
