Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we work by appointment only to ensure each pet receives adequate time and attention. Same-day appointments are sometimes available for urgent needs.

What should I bring to the appointment?

Bring your pet's vaccination records (for first visits), any relevant medical information, and items that help them feel comfortable like a favorite toy or blanket.

Can I stay during the grooming?

We find that most pets remain calmer when owners aren't present, but we're flexible. If your pet has severe anxiety, we can discuss what works best.

What if my pet has special needs?

Please mention any health conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, or mobility issues when booking. This allows us to prepare appropriately and allocate extra time if needed.

Do you handle aggressive animals?

We have experience with anxious and reactive pets. However, for safety, we assess each case individually and may recommend behavioral consultation first for severely aggressive animals.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a £15 fee as we've reserved that time specifically for you.
